Schedule a call with our senior placement advisors to discuss your business and the role you are looking to hire for. During the call we will provide recommendations on how much to pay candidates, what countries to search in and best practices for hiring remote staff. Our goal is to provide a full education on how to achieve your goals.

2. Begin the Search for Candidates

Your dedicated recruiter will begin your customized search for candidates. We will find candidates that are well equipped to excel at your given role. Our company interviews 30,000+ candidates on a monthly basis and only 2% end up being endorsed to our clients.

3. Narrow Down to a Shortlist

After screening and vetting candidates, we narrow down the funnel and interview the top candidates for your role. You'll start receiving candidates in only a few days. Once interviews are complete, we provide you with a short-list of candidates. You will receive their resumes, video introductions and a 20 minute interview of our team interviewing the candidate for you. You can meet with our recruiters at any time throughout the process to discuss candidates.

4. Interview Shortlisted Candidates

Interview the shortlisted candidates. You have 100% complete control over who you hire. Our job is to provide you with as many A-Player candidates as possible. You'll provide feedback along way to fine tune our search. We will be there every step of the way.
